recruitment and selection

1. Our General Manager speaks to you on the phone and explains in more detail who we are and what the benefits and features of the service are.
2. Our GM then discusses our Services Menu with you and based on which particular items you select, provides you with a formal written quotation which tells you EXACTLY how much our charge will be for your specific assignment.
3. Once you give us the green light to proceed, our strong preference is for a Senior Consultant to visit you, speak to anyone in your business who will be a key decision maker in the recruitment process and jointly develop a detailed Job and Person Specification. Because cultural fit is so important, meeting your senior people face-to-face and seeing your premises improves our capacity to understand the subtleties of your culture.
4. A single senior recruiter (the person who visits you), becomes your Recruitment Manager: the person who is responsible for successfully completing the service modules you have selected from the Rent a Recruiter Services Menu.
5. Much of the work will be done by your Recruitment Manager. Some of the work (such as Talent Research) will be allocated to experts within the Rent a Recruiter business.
6. Liability to pay Rent a Recruiter is limited to completed modules only. You can discontinue using Rent a Recruiter at any stage of the assignment. However, once a module has commenced, the Recruitment Manager should be permitted to complete the module (and be paid for that module).
